Portland, Oregon, April 30, 2010 – Korkers Products LLC, the leading innovator in adaptable traction footwear, announced the hiring of Scott Doty as the East Coast Sales Manager. In this role, Mr. Doty will represent the Korkers brand across all product divisions and sales channels for the Eastern portion of the United States and Canada.

Doty comes to Korkers having worked as an independent sales representative in the Mid-Atlantic states since 2006. During this time he represented manufacturers such as Sage, Redington, Rio, Umpqua, Tibor, Ross, Fishpond, Cloudveil, Croakies, Kaenon, Buff, and Freedom Hawk.

Doty was born in North Carolina and has lived throughout the U.S. Exploring the outdoors, usually with a fishing rod, has been a constant part of his life from the very beginning. Since working in the fly fishing industry, he is grateful for the many opportunities he has had to travel the world in search of beautiful fish in beautiful places. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife and two boys.
