In November of 2011, High Country Flies will be moving into the Jack Dennis Sports location at 50 E. Broadway, in downtown Jackson, Wyoming. This merger represents a great opportunity to bring together the knowledge and talents of two of the top fly fishing operations in the area, representing more than 100 years of combined fishing and local knowledge under one roof. The new team will consist of the following Jackson Hole fishing experts:
Howard Cole – Spey guru, steelhead expert
Brad Schwarm – Henry’s Fork and Flat Creek specialist, professional photographer
Bruce Smithhammer – Guide, destination travel, contributing editor to The Drake and contributor to Angling Trade, Fly Rod and Reel, Fly Fish Journal and others
Scott Sanchez – professional fly tyer, author, columnist for American Angler, long time Scott Rods pro-staff and recipient of the Federation of Fly Fishers Buz Busek award for fly tying contributions.
Backing up this solid crew up will be Bob Cannella, Will O’Meara, Hunter Heumann, Clint Hartsfield and Maggie Jordan for an unbeatable fly fishing team.
