Montana Fly Co., manufacturer of high-quality flies, fly tying accessories and fishing gear, added pro freeskier, Cody Townsend to the MFC Pro Team roster. Townsend, a world-class professional freeskier sponsored by Salomon Sports, Smith Optics, Swatch and Arcade Belts, graced the cover of Powder Magazine’s September 2011 issue and stars in multiple feature ski films. And he is a contributor for ESPN and Powder Magazine.
As a member of the MFC Pro Team, Townsend will be featured in lifestyle ad campaigns, marketing collateral and serve as a spokesperson and ambassador for the brand.
“We see a lot of amazing athletes in the outdoor and ski industries who are also great fly fisherman,” says MFC President, Adam Trina. “We don’t see it as two worlds.
