Brent has worked in the fly fishing industry for 16 years and been with Umpqua for the past 12 years. During that time Brent has worked his way through the ranks in purchasing, operations, and new product development. He has a B.A. from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at The University of Colorado.

A native to Southern Minnesota, Daniel joined Umpqua six years ago. Since that time Daniel has served as the company’s Purchasing & Planning Manager. Prior to Umpqua, Daniel worked in a similar capacity with Outdoor Seasons, a leading manufacturer of Lawn & Garden products. He has a Production/Operations Management degree from Iowa State University.
“Daniel was hired in 2006 to take our supply chain management to the next level. Since that time he has redefined how we view and manage our supply chain. This exciting promotion for Daniel will give him the opportunity to use his many talents to not only continue to refine our global supply chain, but focus on all systems to improve our service levels and enhance our customer’s experience.” said Fryhover.
