From Smithfly:
SmithFly Designs, maker of modular fly fishing vests, bags, pouches, and waist packs, has launched The Stream Team: an online network of independent fly fishing guides, fly shop employees, bloggers, photographers, semi-professional anglers, and hardcore enthusiasts. Stream Team members will be invited to preview and test gear before it hits shelves, share unique insights, and suggest the development of new items. They’ll also be offered discounts on SmithFly products.
“This is a whole new way of thinking about a pro staff,” said Ethan Smith, owner of SmithFly Designs. “There has been an explosion of participants in the online fly fishing realm, and engaging them is crucial for the long-term growth of the industry.”
