Angling & Art: The Confluence of Passions art benefit sale returns to the American Museum of Fly Fishing (Manchester, VT) July 1 through July 31. This year’s art sale, which benefits the Museum’s public programs, will feature artists from near and far: Christopher Smith, Lynn Pratt, Dave Morse, Eleanore Hayes, Yoshi Akiyama, George Van Hook, Luther Hall, Matthew Lerman, Susan Harding Merancy, Mark Tougias, Thomas Miller, Mark Susinno, and Diane Michelin.

There is an assortment of works available for purchase including paintings, photographs, pastels, and custom handcrafted jewelry – a large selection of styles and sizes for any room in your house. Special programs during July are Saturday, July 12 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. the AMFF invites all children to participate in the making of the first displayed watercolor mural of fish.  Children will get a chance to win prizes and have their paintings displayed during the following weeks of the art show. Refreshments will be served.  Saturday, August 26 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. artists George Van Hook and Dave Morse will host an informal live painting demonstration with question and answer and complimentary wine and cheese.
