We realize many of you are looking forward to the 2016 version of the Fly Fishing Film Tour as it swings through your town in the coming weeks. Here’s a trailer of one of the important films in this year’s lineup. “Chrome” focuses on steelhead and the topic of climate change. We tease that here, not so much to smoke out comments on this thread from card-carrying members of the flat earth society… rather, to point out that AT’s own Tim Romano is a key part of the film. Never short on profundity, Romano is credited with the classic description of steelhead: “A trout that lives in the ocean… it’s a bad-ass fish.”
