Simms Fishing Products put on a clinic about how to motivate your customers around new products, winning in 10 separate categories of the International Fly Tackle Dealer New Product Showcase. Simms swept the women’s and men’s wader categories with their G3 Guide Z wader and G4Z Stockingfoot wader, respectively. The company also won for outerwear for women and men, boots, accessories, luggage, and apparel.
Scott Fly Rods won in the saltwater rod category for the “Sector” series, and that rod also took top honors as the voters’ choice for “Best of Show” overall. Abel/Ross swept reels with the new San Miguel (fresh) and Vaya (salt), and Scientific Anglers swept the fly line categories.
