Hats off to Kris Millgate of Tight Line Media (and a contributor to Angling Trade whose film “Ocean to Idaho” has been nominated for two Emmys (in the Environment and Video/Journalist categories). Ocean to Idaho follows the spawning ritual of salmon, and highlights the importance (and fragility) of that ecosystem. Kris is the only nominee from Idaho in those categories and also the only solo freelancer. Winners will be announced June 2. Good luck Kris!
