From Patagonia:

Designed, built and field-tested by our team of hard-working women anglers, the Women’s Swiftcurrent Expedition™ Zip-Fronts set the standard for women’s waders. Built with Patagonia’s industry-leading, 100% recycled face fabrics, they’re more comfortable, fit women’s bodies better and provide exclusive, for-women-only features.

Constructed from our most robust, breathable H2No® Performance Standard fabric package, the Women’s ZipFronts move athletically in and out of the water with customizable-fit options that accommodate layering but won’t bag out when you go light. With a gusseted crotch, sock-like anatomical booties and adjustable top hem, wading belt and suspenders, finding an individualized fit for every body shape is uncomplicated and quick.

A waterproof front zipper makes everything more accessible and comfortable, while waist-mounted, quick-release suspenders convert the waders from full-length to waist-highs. Our rear-buckle drop-seat system means no more awkward, dangling straps during bathroom breaks. Integrated front and rear belt loops hold our Secure Stretch wading belt, which flexes just enough to provide a snug fit without sagging under the weight of a net or wading staff.

Other fishy features include removable knee pads for fish-releasing comfort, two soft hand-warmer pockets and two stash pockets—all with waterproof zips. An interior, flip-out waterproof pocket keeps phones and keys dry, and rock-resistant scuff guards at the ankles boost durability.

“We’re extremely proud to deliver the Women’s Swiftcurrent Expedition™ Zip-Fronts,” said Nicole Labrie, Patagonia Fly Fishing’s Global Product Line Manager. “By adding the ZipFronts into our women’s wader line, we’re assuring that the female angling community has access to the waders they deserve—full-featured, heavy duty, versatile and designed, built and tested for women by women. They are, without question, the finest women’s waders on the planet.”
