Rob Parkins has joined the Fly Fishing Show staff announced Ben Furimsky, President and CEO of the nationwide event.
Parkins is a 20+ year fly fishing industry veteran, working as a manufacturers’ representative, fishing guide, retail fly fishing shop manager, and most recently with Backcountry Hunters & Anglers as their Public Waters Access Coordinator. He is a former board member and treasurer of the Fly Fishing Trade Association and currently sits on the board of his local Trout Unlimited chapter in Teton Village, Idaho.
He first attended the Fly Fishing Show in 1997 as a consumer, and has since been part of the shows as a fly tier, exhibitor, and presenter at most venues.
Parkins will work to help current and future exhibitors maximize their business potential at the seven shows across the United States. He will be seen actively working on site at the live events, concluded Furimsky.
