Felix Borenstein, who formerly owned Owen River Lodge, widely considered a crown jewel among New Zealand’s South Island fly-fishing lodges, has started a consulting business. Felix sold the successful and award-winning Owen River Lodge to Eleven Experience, and now lives on a 100-acre farm just upstream of ORL. He’s still very much a part of that community, and he’s still on the executive board of the New Zealand Professional Fishing Guides Association.
