Umpqua Feather Merchants has announced that Brent Bauer is taking on a new and critical role at Umpqua Feather Merchants — Director of Product Management.
Bauer has been a highly valued member of the Umpqua team for fourteen years having worked in purchasing, operations, production and new product development. For the past two years, Bauer has been Umpqua’s Director of Operations and Production, during which he has taken a lead role in new product development, including Umpqua’s award-winning line of packs, bags and vests. In this new position, Bauer plans to expand and build on Umpqua’s tradition of bringing innovative and superior products to anglers world-wide. Bauer has a B.A. in Biology and an M.B.A. from Colorado University’s Leeds School if Business.
