Umpqua is pleased to announce that starting immediately, Josh Graffam will take on the role of Regional Business Manager for the Southern Rockies. In this newly created position, Graffam will serve as the primary business liaison between Umpqua and its valued customers in the states of Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Graffam will concentrate on Umpqua exclusively and will be spending the majority of his time on the road working closely with dealers to better support their business via enhanced merchandising, technical clinics, Umpqua focused promotions and heightened consumer brand awareness.

Graffam originally joined Umpqua in April 2014 as the Key Account and International Account Manager, and had great success in maintaining and improving business relationships. He holds a Business Degree from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics, and has more than twelve years of experience in the fly-fishing industry as a guide, business manager and competitive angler. He is an outstanding fly tyer and has fished extensively in locations around the world. Graffam is a current member of Fly Fishing Team USA and is the 2013 National Champion. Additionally, Graffam finished 13th in the World Fly Fishing Championship in 2013 and represented the U.S. in the Czech Republic in May of this past year.
