The Smartwool Ph.D Light Crew socks are a class act. Though socks might not be an important part of one’s wardrobe, these socks provide style, comfort and practicability all in one. The seamless toe and sleek fit are styled to a fit without adding bulk in the heel or toe area.
They have a mesh panel across the top foot area which provides ventilation for long hikes or weekend adventures. In addition, the socks’ padded heel and toe area offer cushioned support for all day wear and tear and include light compression in the arch area, a comfortable added bonus.
The Indastructawool fabric stood up through several outings and I found my feet to be warm and cozy, and thankfully not hot and sweaty. These socks made wading a treat and are a worthy addition for any angler…they are an A+.
