Whatever you want to call it—and whether or not you have a personal fondness for it—it has become more legitimized (if not completely legal on a federal level) in a growing number of states throughout America. Perhaps not so ironically, a number of those states also happen to be traditional hotbeds of fly fishing. The question is, are you willing to tap into this phenomenon on a retail level as well? You might already sell cigars and humidors… flasks… so how do you feel about rolling papers, or pipes, or even the already produced and branded “fish whistle” products?

Prolly shouldn’t have Simms logo on there, as if they promote weed…
Robert, this is a Simms Product. That’s why we’re asking the question. https://www.simmsfishing.com/fish-whistle-f18

Boy and I already thought some of my sports alr took way too long to set the strike!
Pot is legal in our state, but not something I care to promote. My business is aimed at families and these items are not a needed source of income for my business. Also, since it still is federally illegal and I’m permitted to carry a concealed handgun and do, I will not take any chances with the feds.
