Check this out, a painted StreamTech boat. Link Jackson paints these all free form with liquid urethane. Maravia boats are “encapsulated” in urethane. The finish process includes “encapsulation” of the entire raft in a super durable urethane. Because urethane takes more than a week to fully cure, Link can apply colored urethane in artistic designs to the boat immediately after encapsulation when the art will adhere to the encapsulated urethane and become one with the finish. Says Link: “It makes for a very unique and stunning presentation. I don’t believe this has ever been done on a raft prior. Something I dreamed up to occupy my spare time with!”
I mean, if art on reels is all the rage, why not boats?
