The Flyfish Journal recently announced the addition of Colin Clancy as Associate Editor.
A native Michigander with an MA in English from Northern Michigan University, Clancy currently lives in Utah with his wife, Amy, and their two dogs. Nearly a decade into his writing career, Colin has worked behind the scenes writing marketing copy and published numerous editorial works in The Ski Journal, The Flyfish Journal, Strung, and elsewhere. When he’s not fishing, skiing or hunting, he’s most likely playing with India ink as he draws, paints, and screen prints pictures of mountains and trout. As Associate Editor, he’ll contribute to the print quarterly as well as ramping up The Flyfish Journal’s digital voice. “A polished storyteller with a strong appreciation for flyfish culture, we are excited to welcome Colin aboard to expand our reach as the true voice of flyfishing,” says Publisher Jeff Galbraith.
