From World Cast Anglers:
WorldCast Anglers is looking for a qualified chef/host to manage and prepare high quality meals and perform all camp duties from May 15th thru October 31st, at the Cottonwood Camp overnight camp on the South Fork of the Snake River.
The position includes:
• Preparing meals for some of the country’s top executives, industry government personnel, well connected individuals and industry professionals
• The management and preparation of an 10 angler overnight camp located on the South Fork of the Snake River
• Set up and break down of the camp
• Food and beverage ordering through pre-established vendors
Qualifications:
• Must be able to put a breakfast and dinner meal plan together for 8 anglers and 4 guides on a daily basis
• Grill and Dutch oven experience
• Must be able to run a jet-boat on the river. Limited training provided
• Vehicle able to tow a jet boat
• Must put together a cleaning rotation for sleeping bags and linens
• Must be comfortable in the outdoors and lift heavy objects
• Fly fishing experience preferred. Training provided
• Budget camp expenses
• Great personality and friendly demeanor. Chef will be interacting with clients daily
• Hard worker
