“Some shops, outfitters, and marinas run as many as a dozen or more guides and boats during their peak season,” says Capt. This is especially valuable when dealing with guides who are independent contractors because they can log in securely from remote locations. They can see exactly when they are scheduled to work, who the clients are, and any other info necessary for them to do their job” In addition, the ability to quickly view client contacts, booking histories, and send confirmation emails helps to manage lasting impressions.
The software also has the ability to generate useful reports about business performance. Reports that show revenue, customer balances, guide payroll, and performance stats are extremely helpful in analyzing how a company is doing; and having that info available at the click of a button can save a significant amount of time and money.
