As we set our sights on the New Year, the team at Orvis Adventures is excited to be once more planning our Orvis Guide Rendezvous event. As is the case so often these days, circumstances dictate that we cannot be with you in person for OGR, but nonetheless we are committed not only to providing some valuable content to enhance your relationship with Orvis, but also to developing a virtual celebration of special partnerships within the fly-fishing and wingshooting landscape. With that, we would like to share an outline of what to expect so that you can set aside some time on your calendars to join us, albeit from all corners of the globe.
- Thursday April 15th 6-8PM EST – This session will contain an Orvis Product Review led by Shawn Combs and Product Development Team. It will contain a combination of LIVE and a pre-production presentation with some Q&A. This Q&A session will provide you with an opportunity to engage with our product development team . This content is specific to all Endorsed Partners, Pro members, Friends in the Field and Dealers.
- Friday April 16th 7-8 EST – To cap off the virtual OGR events, this session will contain a presentation of the Orvis “Of the Year” Awards led by Scott McEnaney and Endorsed Management group. It will be a combination of LIVE and a pre-production presentations, and all Endorsed Partners, Pro members, Friends in the Field and Dealers are welcome.
The vehicle for these presentations will be an online meeting platform facilitated by WebEx Events. The specific links will be available in the online event page in the coming weeks. We will let you know as soon as those links become available.
Though we will certainly miss the opportunity to be with each and all of you in-person, these events will nonetheless provide value for you and your businesses. In anticipation, please mark your calendars, and be prepared to raise a glass with us in salutation to a 2020 that we are glad to see behind us, and a 2021 that looks increasingly bright.
