From The Fly Fishing Show:
The Fly Fishing Shows are in full swing, with strong attendance and renewed enthusiasm. New this year is the Fly Fishing Show Consumer Choice Awards, and we are excited to be presenting these awards in association with Angling Trade and Fly Fusion Magazine. Created to recognize and celebrate the outstanding products and services you have developed to improve our angling experience; the awards will be judged by fly-fishing consumers – those using your products every day!
The awards are open to all Fly Fishing Show Exhibitors with 36 “Best-of” categories to choose from, including everything from rods and reels to waders and polarized eyewear. Product submission is OPEN now through April 24 and entering is a simple online process. This is a fully-automated system designed to showcase your products including image, video and web-link. We encourage you to submit early for maximum exposure allowing our media partners to share and promote!
Once you have entered, we encourage you to educate consumers on your award entries at each of the upcoming shows. As you know, these “hands-on” connections are the best way to create new customers!
There is no cost to enter. We simply request a sample of the entered product, if available. These items will be used as prizes to encourage participation in the voting process. Product should be shipped to The Fly Fishing Show (531 North Center Avenue, Suite 102 Somerset, PA 15501) by May 1.
Following the show circuit, we will open voting to the public, and consumers will have 30 days (May 1-30) to vote for their favorite brands and products. Once the vote has closed, we will go to work in sharing and celebrating top products in each category! You will also receive the prestigious “Consumer Choice Awards” icon to utilize in your marketing efforts throughout 2022!
