Headhunters Fly Shop hiring for shop staff 2025. Yes, we begin to gather all stars for the Missouri River fishing season. Want to come join us for the next dry fly campaign? Want to fine tune your nymphing skills? Interested in learning there fine art of drift boat rowing? Want to get your foot in the door for a guide career in Craig?

Headhunters Fly Shop Hiring Shop Staff
March or April through the end of the season, October 31st. Year end bonus available for those who fulfill the time requirement.
40hrs/week. Competitive pay. Potential pay increase based on performance.
Retail experience preferred, but no experience required. Basic understanding of fly fishing products, fly fishing experience, POS/point of sale experience, along with a willingness to learn are all important for employment.

Basic knowledge of computer skills including professional fishing appearance, modern point of sale systems, friendly customer service interactions,
