Rajeff Sports, LLC, distributor for Echo brand fly fishing rods and reels, has an open position for an in-office Customer Service Representative. Our warehouse is currently located in Vancouver, WA but will be moving to Woodland, WA in a few months.
General Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for entering dealer orders via email and phone, managing our Pro Portal applications, and assisting customers to resolve warranty/repair claims. Employee will also assist consumers and dealers with technical product questions related to fly fishing, via both phone and email. Additional duties could include assisting with general office and warehouse duties, marketing and media efforts, product development, or travel. We’re a very small company with a pretty big footprint, so the sky is the limit in terms of your own growth within the company, dependent only on your personal skill set and ambition. Because we are so small we value employees with a broad skill set and a willingness to learn, explore, and grow.
Specific Job Skills:
The position requires fly fishing knowledge, computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to use or learn QuickBooks. Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload independently in a dynamic environment is a must. Mental activities will include decision-making, interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, and basic math. Experience with Photoshop and website building software is a plus but not required. Good communication skills via phone and email are a must.
Position is Full Time – M-F; 8:00-4:30, currently located in Vancouver, WA but moving to Woodland, WA in late winter 2025.

Compensation:
Starting hourly wage of $24-26 DOE with a trial period of 90 days. We provide annual raises. In addition to State required benefits, we provide a comprehensive package of additional benefits which we can discuss during the interview.
