Boynton has more than 28 years of experience in sales, marketing and management with action sports lifestyle brands. Prior to joining Costa, Boynton worked with Maui Jim, Inc., where she was the Northeast Director of Sales. She also previously served as a key accounts sales representative for Oakley, Inc., managing accounts including LL Bean, EMS and Cambridge Eye.
