About Us:

Ever dream of guiding fly fishing in Alaska chasing salmon, char and trout in an incredible environment? Fly Guides, based in Haines, Alaska, is looking for guides with a passion for fly fishing, teaching new anglers, and sharing the joy of fishing with guests.

We work with a range of anglers from complete beginners to well-seasoned anglers, so a broad range of skills including competent instruction is essential. Most of our angling is road-access, however we also have a fly-out program guiding remote rivers in our region.

Haines offers incredible opportunities for down-day activities in a world class wilderness area including crabbing, shrimping, fishing for halibut, hiking/trail running, stand up paddleboarding, packrafting, fat biking, road biking, hunting (winter backcountry skiing). Road access to the Yukon leads to a completely different environment with endless fisheries and mountains to explore.
