High Alpine Anglers in Jackson Hole, WY is an unparalleled fly fishing guide service looking for someone to join our team of fun loving, hardworking, and exceptionally fishy guides. We are a small guide service with a loyal customer base. We fish all over the best Western Wyoming waters on the Green River, New Fork River, Salt River, Snake River, Snake River tributaries, a variety of private water, and all of Yellowstone National Park. We offer drift boat and wade fishing trips on small creeks, large rivers, and lakes. The sheer diversity of trout water within a 1.5 hour driving radius from Jackson is unlike anywhere else in the country.
Guides must have their own fly fishing equipment, drift boat, vehicle, commercial auto insurance, and wilderness first aid or higher medical certification. We will train the right candidate if they have a solid fly fishing background, an ability to show anyone a fun time on the water, and some experience rowing rafts or drift boats but we are really looking for a guide with at least several years of experience drift boat guiding and/or wade guiding.
Because we value experience and exceptional service for our clients, we offer the most competitive base pay for guides in the area. Additional pay incentives and tips are standard. We are the only guide service in the area with a structured profit-sharing program to allow guides a livable, sustainable career in fly fishing guiding if they stay and grow with the High Alpine Anglers team.
