Must be outgoing and have the ability to promote the ranch fishing program. We are seeking a passionate Fly Fishing Guide to join our team. As a Fly Fishing Guide, you will lead fishing excursions, provide instruction, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients.
**Responsibilities:** – Lead fly fishing trips for individuals and groups – Instruct clients on fly fishing techniques and equipment usage – Provide guidance on selecting appropriate flies and gear – Ensure safety protocols are followed during fishing outings – Assist clients with catching and releasing fish – Educate clients on local fish species and habitats.
**Experience:** – Prior experience as a Fly Fishing Guide or in a similar role is preferred – Strong time management skills to coordinate trips effectively – Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide instructions – Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse clientele – Proficiency in public speaking to engage and educate clients effectively – Leadership qualities to guide and inspire clients during fishing excursions – Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the overall client experience.
