One month position as a Chef at a small remote fishing lodge on Kodiak Island Alaska!

2 weeks cooking for the crew. (5 to 7 at that time)
2 weeks cooking for guests. (8 guests plus 4 crew)

You will prepare and serve breakfast lunch and dinner daily. The first 2 weeks will be general meals for a hardworking crew, but the second 2 will be elevated, high end, with the best ingredients we can get.
Groceries will be picked up in town from a list you provide a few days in advance.

Air travel and room and board are included.

This 1 month position could become full season in the future as we run from June till October each year.
